Shipping policy

We ship orders to your local postal service. A letter carrier delivers the parcel to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available, a delivery notice is left so you can arrange pickup or redelivery.

Methods and timeframes

• AirMail. Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Online tracking is not available. Free AirMail shipping is available for orders over $200.
• EMS courier. Approximate delivery time is 3-8 business days. A tracking number is provided after dispatch. Free EMS shipping is available for orders over $200.

Please note that customs inspections, local holidays, and weather may cause delays that are outside our control. Some parcels may arrive earlier or later than the typical timeframe.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. After your order is placed, you receive an automatic email confirmation. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. We make every effort to dispatch and deliver on time.

Availability and support

All medications shown on the site are generally in stock. If any delivery issue occurs, our Customer Care Specialists will help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return policy

If you receive damaged or defective items, or if an incorrect product was shipped, we will resend your order at no charge or provide a refund according to the case.

While the quality of our products is carefully controlled, please contact Customer Care if you are not satisfied so we can review your case and assist.

Important: the physical return of medications is prohibited by international regulations. Do not send medicines back to us unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
