Help / FAQ
Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about shipping, payments, ordering, product quality, and more. If something isn't covered here, please contact our 24/7 support - we're happy to help.
What are your shipping methods?
We currently offer two options:
- Airmail (Standard): typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks; some parcels may arrive faster.
- EMS Courier: usually 3-8 business days. Customs procedures may occasionally extend delivery times, which is outside of our control.
What medications do you offer?
We carry both generic and brand-name medicines. Brand products are explicitly marked as "brand." Generics do not have this mark. All items are sourced from licensed manufacturers and meet quality standards.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, add it to your cart, and click Checkout. On the billing page, fill in the required fields and submit your order.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), e-Checks, SEPA transfers, and cryptocurrency payments.
When will my card be charged?
After you click Complete your order, your data is processed and verified. If the charge is approved by your bank, your order status becomes Approved. You'll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.
I placed an order but don't see a charge on my card. What should I do?
This usually means the transaction was not approved.
- Contact your bank - some banks block international charges for security reasons.
- Double-check your billing address, CVV/CVC, and card expiry date.
After fixing the issue, please try to place the order again.
Is it secure to enter my card details on your website?
Yes. We use SSL encryption on the billing page and follow strict data-protection procedures. Card details are processed via secure payment gateways; we do not disclose sensitive information and take privacy seriously.
Do all brand-name medications have generic versions?
No. A generic can be produced only after the brand's patent expires, and not every manufacturer chooses to release a generic. Roughly half of brand medicines have generic counterparts.
How can I be sure of product quality?
Quality is our priority. We purchase directly from reliable, licensed suppliers who provide full documentation and certifications. Products undergo thorough checks to ensure authenticity and consistency.
Is there a difference between Viagra 50 mg and 100 mg?
They contain different amounts of the active ingredient (sildenafil): 50 mg vs. 100 mg. The appropriate dose depends on individual factors - always follow your healthcare provider's advice and the official patient leaflet.
What's the difference between Soft and Regular pills?
Soft forms are designed to dissolve faster (often sublingually) and may act more quickly for some users. Regular tablets are swallowed and absorbed via the gastrointestinal tract. Always read the leaflet and follow professional guidance.
What if my package arrives damaged or some items are missing?
Please contact customer care as soon as possible. We will investigate and, depending on the result, arrange a free reshipment or a refund.
What is the shelf life of your products?
The expiry date is printed on each blister or package. Average shelf life is about two years from the production date, but it varies by product. Always check the printed expiry date and storage conditions.
What if the exact dosage I need is unavailable?
Some tablets can be split; for example, a 100 mg tablet may be divided into two 50 mg portions if the form allows splitting. Important: dosage adjustments and tablet-splitting should be confirmed with a healthcare professional and performed only when permitted by the product's instructions.
I haven't received my package yet. What should I check first?
Confirm the selected shipping method and its typical timeframe (Airmail: 2-3 weeks; EMS: 3-8 business days). Customs or local delivery conditions can cause delays. If your tracking shows no movement beyond the expected window, contact our support - we'll trace the parcel and help resolve the issue.
